Please join us for a screening of “It’s “Just” Anxiety”, and a conversation with storyteller Heather Winandy, hosted by Ninah Randolph.

This session focuses on a documentary featuring people from diverse backgrounds who recount their struggles with anxiety. The film deals with symptoms ranging from excessive worry and fear to more extreme manifestations such as torturous panic attacks. It aims to destigmatize and humanize this debilitating yet treatable mental health illness. It support’s our leadership expectations around inclusive behaviors, reinforcing the importance of courage, belonging, and engagement in driving organizational success.

Session Objectives:

1. Raise Awareness and Empathy: Educate participants about the realities of anxiety disorders while fostering understanding and compassion through diverse personal stories.
