It's "Just" Anxiety is a documentary featuring people from diverse backgrounds who recount their struggles with anxiety. The film deals with symptoms ranging from excessive worry and fear to more extreme manifestations such as torturous panic attacks. It aims to destigmatize and humanize this debilitating yet treatable mental health illness.

Iron Zeal Films - Celebrated filmmaker and writer, Susan Polis Schutz is a force in socially conscious filmmaking. Her mission is to shine light on important current topics through honest, vulnerable and impactful storytelling, and her work continues to influence audiences around the world. Her latest film, Bridging Divides: Sharing Heartbeats (2024), is an exploration of what it takes to go beyond the issues and ideas that divide us as human beings. It highlights six unique organizations, Fandango Fronterizo, PeacePlayers - Northern Ireland, Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom, The Jerusalem Youth Chorus, Tri-Faith Initiative and Chicago Children’s Choir. They gather together in a spirit of kindness, fun and with a willingness to engage. Their differences are no longer a source of conflict, but something to celebrate.

Your Facilitator, Ninah Randolph - I am currently working as a Consultant at Inspire11. I received my Masters degree in Applied Statistics with a Bachelors degree in Finance. I have extensive CPG industry knowledge assisting both retail and manufacturer businesses as well as Finance, HealthCare and Marketing industries. I thoughtfully and successfully execute meaningful strategies to grow brand sales, awareness, media presence and on-shelf availability.
